NetHelp is a web based help-desk application. Customers can login to company's support web site using Java enabled web browser and log onto the help desk client applet. The applet will connect to the Java server application. The customer support people can exchange appropriate information to the customers. Exchange of technical information is faster and more accurate online than on the phone. This system has been empirically tested, and has been developed with ease of use in mind. This system can be complemented with a voice-call routing system if organizational requirements need it.
